A remarkable collection of stories, poetry, color illustrations and photography.

Publications_My StoryThis project documents the learning journey of a group of women from both Canada and the United States. The journey has taken women into the land of memory, the land of reclaiming what it means to be a woman at this moment in history and how that knowing can inform a deeper, more authentic expression of leadership. Many of these stories have been "breathed out many times around a tribal campfire" in the context of our Women's Leadership Community. This is the first attempt to set the stories and images down on paper.

We live in turbulent times marked by the shadow of fear of violence and terrorism...as we long for change, we long for leaders of wisdom and courage to offer us the ways and means to difference, a world where we do less damage to others, nature, ourselves. - excerpt from Generative Leadership: A Journey into Process and Practice by Sandra Campbell, page 69

The heart of leadership is to allow others the choice to come along. Now we force people. No wonder there is no energy flow.
Power is being who we are, wherever we are. What holds us back?
People move in their own time and own way.
My spirit journey is a winding river, taking me into the wisdom of different spiritual traditions, taking me deep into my own wounds and fears, taking me into the uncharted territory of my own heart. Leadership, for me, is this journey toward wholeness, to greater responsibility for my choices and actions. - excerpt from The Spirit Journey by Ginny Belden-Charles, page 65
